About Us

Cross Keys Associates was formed following the closure of Cross Keys Law when Alan Robinson retired from legal practice in 2010.  Alan was able to continue to offer a legal consultancy service, to the voluntary and community sectors and to develop his training provision on the subjects of older client law and welfare benefits.  This enabled Cross Keys Associates to continue to provide advice and support on issues such as governance, incorporation, employment and leases.

At the same time, Ann Hindley, who is a long-standing community development consultant in her own right, was included under the umbrella of Cross Keys Associates, bringing her skills in research, training and aspects of project management and development.  These skills also include feasibility studies, business planning, project evaluation and advice and support on setting up and managing a community project.  With effect from this year, Cross Keys Associates is now a formal legal partnership between Ann and Alan.
